a mixed experience at this hotel
ineffective air conditioning inoperable window
The hotel is very close to the city center. This means the center is easily accessible by foot.
i was quite disappointed by the room i got. the air conditioning was not effective at all. also, the window would not open, a rather unpleasant surprise.

helpful staff breakfast option filtered water uncomfortable bed bad view
the staff were very helpful. the breakfast had many options. the hotel provided filtered water in the lift lobbies with carafes in the rooms.
i found the bed uncomfortable. the pillows were not great either.

adequate but with issues
poor lighting outdated tv
the breakfast offered a fairly wide selection of items it was quite acceptable nothing lovely but sufficient
the television service was a joke lots of static and a very limited channel selection plus the ancient tv itself seemed like a relic from another era the room lighting was dim and depressing i practically needed a flashlight to read a book at night the decor felt drab and uninspired
